Mark's Tractor Works and Springsteen Construction worked together
on this riding arena and several other projects.
The French Drain was constructed using pipe and a rock wall to keep
hillside drainage from flowing into the riding arena.

Large rocks were used against the bank to protect the arena from
flooding and wash-outs.
